AXA’s overall salaried workforce on December 31, 2023 was 113,696 employees (open-ended and fixed-term contracts), which represents an increase of almost 3.1% compared to 2022.
AXA continued to recruit in 2023 and hired more than 16,855 employees externally. Additionally, it transformed more than 1,598 contracts from fixed-term contracts into open-ended contracts and hired more than 4,205 fixed-term contracts.
The turnover rate decreased by 0.8 point between 2022 and 2023 to reach 14,5%, back to pre-Covid trend.
