Available in 10 languages, this 5-minutes questionnaire provides an individual report and advice on how skills, beliefs and lifestyle influence one's mental well-being. It helps users identify their strengths and areas of potential improvement for effective management of their mental well-being. AXA Mind Health Report show that people often overestimate their level of mental wellbeing. The Self-check aims to educate and help individuals assess, understand, and improve their mental well-being.
