In this case, first you have to request an admission card, a document that is essential to be admitted to the Shareholders' Meeting and to vote:

• By returning, dated and signed, the voting form attached to your Notice of Meeting, after having ticked the box I wish to attend the Shareholders’ Meeting;
• Or by directly downloading the admission card on the VOTACCESS website.

If you are unable to attend in person, a live video webcast will be available on our website (www.axa.com).
