AXA has completed the acquisition of BRE Insurance, mBank's Property & Casualty subsidiary in Poland

Today, AXA announced it has completed the acquisition of 100% of BRE Insurance (BRE Ubezpieczenia Towarzystwo Ubezpieczen I Reasekuracji S.A.), mBank's Property & Casualty subsidiary in Poland. Consequently, AXA and mBank have launched ten-year exclusive Property & Casualty and Life Protection distribution agreements in the country. Final consideration amounted to PLN 580 million (or Euro 140 million, EUR 1 = PLN 4.1275).
