Inclusion is inextricably linked to AXA’s history. Our founder, Claude Bébéar, wanted to embed inclusion from the start and to make it one of AXA’s strengths. Over the years, these initiatives have grown and expanded. And in 2016, we started deploying them across the entire organization, to all our entities worldwide.
