Compensation policy
The general principles of AXA's policy on the compensation of corporate officers and management teams are regularly presented to the Compensation, Governance & Sustainability Committee of the Board of Directors.
Board of Directors
The members of the Board of Directors receive fees for attending meetings. The annual amount of directors' fees are set by the Shareholders' Meeting.
No directors’ fees are paid by the Company to the corporate officers (i.e., Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer).
Executive Management
The compensation of the Executive Management members is approved by the Board of Directors upon recommendations issued by the Compensation, Governance & Sustainability Committee.
