AXA is committed to listening to and acting on employee feedback.
Listening to employees and taking action based on their experiences - builds a culture of feedback that connects everyone to AXA’s purpose. To measure employees’ engagement, wellbeing and connection with dedicated questions, the Group conducted three Pulse surveys in 2023. Strengthening employee engagement has remained a strong focus in 2023.
In 2023, we reached a great employee Net Promotor Score* (eNPS) of 40. This represents 5-point increase compared to November 2022. Our eNPS, along with our survey dimensions, continues to signal a high level of employee engagement and is a testament to the actions we have been taking to care for our people and ensure they have a great employee experience with AXA.
Listening to the experiences of our employees has guided the delivery of a number of Group initiatives across the year to further support employee wellbeing, growth and development, recognition, inclusion, leadership capabilities and more.
