You have the possibility to physically attend AXA's Shareholders' Meeting on April 27, 2023, which will be held at the Salle Pleyel, 252 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, 75008 Paris (in compliance with applicable sanitary measures).

In this case, first you have to request an admission card, a document that is essential to be admitted to the Shareholders' Meeting and to vote:

• By returning the dated and signed power of attorney attached to your notice of meeting, after having checked the box I wish to attend this Meeting;
• Or by directly downloading the admission card on the VOTACCESS website.

If you are unable to attend in person, a live video webcast will be available on our website (www.axa.com).
