How to follow the Shareholders’ Meeting

You have the possibility to physically attend AXA's Shareholders' Meeting on April 27, 2023, which will be held at the Salle Pleyel, 252 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, 75008 Paris (in compliance with applicable sanitary measures).

In this case, first you have to request an admission card, a document that is essential to be admitted to the Shareholders' Meeting and to vote:

By returning the dated and signed power of attorney attached to your notice of meeting, after having checked the box "I wish to attend this Meeting”;

Or by directly downloading the admission card on the VOTACCESS website.

If you are unable to attend in person, a live video webcast will be available on our website (www.axa.com).

You will also be able to watch the Shareholders' Meeting replay by logging onto our website: www.axa.com.

How to ask a question

I wish to ask a written question to the Board of Directors

You may ask a written question, to be answered by the Board of Directors.

These written questions must be sent to the head office (postal address: AXA, 25 avenue Matignon, 75008 Paris, France) by registered letter with return receipt requested addressed to the Chairman of the Board of Directors; or by electronic telecommunication to the following address: axa.ag2023@axa.com, no later than the fourth business day preceding the date of the Shareholders' Meeting (i.e., Friday, April 22, 2023 at midnight, Paris time). These written questions must be accompanied by a certificate of registration of the shares in the registered share securities accounts of AXA or in the securities accounts of your custodian as provided for in Article L.211-3 of the French Monetary and Financial Code (Code monétaire et financier).

In accordance with applicable laws, a joint reply may be given to these questions if they have the same content. The answer to a written question will be deemed to have been given as soon as it appears on the Company's website in a section dedicated to questions and answers.

How to vote

By voting, you take part in the Group's important decisions. You can vote: 

Before the Shareholders' Meeting: by Internet (recommended) or by mail.

Voting procedures differ depending on how you hold your AXA shares, as detailed below.

During the Shareholders' Meeting: with the voting box provided when you arrive at the meeting during the sign-in process.

Shareholders holding bearer shares who wish to give their instructions via the Internet, prior to the Meeting, shall contact their custodian in order to confirm whether their custodian is connected to VOTACCESS the secured voting website dedicated to the Shareholders’ Meeting and whether this access is subject to specific conditions.

Log in to your custodian’s website using your usual ID number and password.

Once logged in click on the symbol which appears on the line corresponding to your AXA shares and follow the instructions to reach VOTACCESS.

Follow the instructions displayed on the screen to vote online through the VOTACCESS platform.

The secured website VOTACCESS dedicated to the vote prior to the Shareholders’ Meeting will be opened as of Monday April 3, 2023 at 10:30 am, Paris time, France. The possibility to vote via the Internet will end the day before the Meeting, i.e. on Wednesday April 26, 2023, at 3:00 pm, Paris time, France.

Voting by mail or giving your proxy to the Chairman of the Shareholders’ Meeting through the paper voting form

Request the voting form by sending a letter to: Uptevia – Assemblée Générales – Les Grands Moulins de Pantin - 93761 Pantin Cedex – France.
In order to be valid, these requests must be received at the above address no later than six days prior to the Meeting, i.e. no later than Friday April 21, 2023.

Complete the voting form following the instructions of the “I vote by post” or the “I hereby give my proxy to the Chairman of the Shareholders’ Meeting” box.

You must return the voting form as soon as possible to your custodian (bank, brokerage firm, online broker...). Your custodian shall then send your voting form together with the certificate of attendance to Uptevia, who should receive it no later than Monday April 24, 2023.

Log in using the ID number and the password you already use to consult your registered account on the Planetshares website then follow the links to VOTACCESS.

The secured website VOTACCESS dedicated to the vote prior to the Shareholders’ Meeting will be opened as of Monday April 3, 2023 at 10:30 am, Paris time, France. The possibility to vote via the Internet will end the day before the Meeting, i.e. on Wednesday April 26, 2023, at 3:00 pm, Paris time, France.

Use the paper voting form enclosed in your Notice of Meeting.

Log in using the ID number on the upper right-hand side on the voting form enclosed in your Notice of Meeting. You will be able to request your password by letter or e-mail (if you have previously communicated your e-mail address).

Use the ID number and the password you received to access Planetshares. Then follow the instructions displayed on the screen to vote online through the VOTACCESS platform.
