We believe that women’s businesses play a major role in building a more inclusive world. This is why this program offers them widespread visibility and tailored business opportunities. It has been designed for enthusiastic and dynamic women who have built a business with a social impact and widespread potential.
This program is shared in 3 parts :
Today the spotting part begins. AXA is joining forces with Sparknews and Makesense to find the most promising projects. You can apply in 15 countries : Brazil, Egypt, France, Hong-Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Mexico, Nigeria, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Turkey, UK and USA. Only two prerequisites: to address social challenges and to be led by women.
The successful applicants will be revealed by mid-december, and followed by exploration workshops with the chosen women.
On March 8th 2018, International Women's Day, a media alliance of 20 international newspapers will simultaneously publish stories on 20 exceptional women who’ve set up a business for good. It will offer great opportunities for the professional development of the women concerned. It will also highlight female role models and inspiring stories, and act as a mass awareness campaign on women entrepreneurship.
After first exploration workshops with AXA teams to identify common challenges and potential synergies, from march to may, 4 women will be selected and enroll in a four month co-innovation program with MakeSense local team.
The objective will be to give them benefits for professional accompaniment to prototype their next business development. The programs are composed of coaching and mentoring sessions, collaborative workshops and operational and strategic support.
