The Shareholders’ Meeting is a special occasion to learn more about, discuss and debate the AXA Group’s strategic decisions. It is an opportunity for all shareholders, no matter how many shares owned, to meet the executive management, participate in the dialogue, and vote on key issues for the Group.

Shareholders will be asked, for example, to approve the financial statements for 2015 and the distribution of a dividend of €1.10 per share, up 16% from last year.

Henri de Castries, as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the AXA Group, will give the opening remarks and assess the progress made with Ambition AXA. Thomas Buberl, who will take over as CEO on September 1, 2016, will introduce himself to the shareholders.

Those unable to attend in person are invited to follow the event live on axa.com.
