AXA announces the Subscription Prices for its 2024 employee share offering (Shareplan 2024)

The Subscription Prices for AXA’s 2024 employee share offering (Shareplan 2024) have been determined by decision of the Chief Executive Officer on October 31, 2024.

The Subscription Prices are based on a reference price of Euro 35.12, which is equal to the arithmetical average of the 20 daily VWAPs* (volume-weighted average prices).

Under the Classic offer, for all countries, the Subscription Price will be equal to 80% of the Reference Price,

i.e. Euro 28.10

Under the Guarantee Plus offer, for all countries, the Subscription Price will be equal to 93.60% of the Reference Price,

i.e. Euro 32.87

* The VWAP is the arithmetic average of the average prices of AXA shares traded in a given trading day, weighted by the number of AXA shares traded at each price on Compartment A of Euronext Paris (excluding opening and closing prices), over a period of 20 trading days between October 3, 2024 (inclusive) and October 30, 2024 (inclusive) (the Reference Price).
