AXA Launches its 2012 Employee Share Offering

As each year, the AXA Group offers to its employees, in and outside of France, the opportunity to subscribe to shares issued by way of a capital increase reserved to employees (Shareplan 2012). In doing so, the AXA Group hopes to strengthen its relationship with its employees by closely associating them with the future development and results of the Group.
