AXA announced today that a Framework Agreement was reached between AXA, National Australia Bank Limited (NAB
) and AXA Asia Pacific Holdings Limited (AXA APH
) on March 30, 2010 following the recommended offer announced by NAB and AXA APH on December 17, 2009.
