Taking care of your mind health

32% of the population lives with mind health conditions. That’s why for many years, AXA has been committed to have a positive impact on mind health to better prevent both health and mental health issues.

GROUP THERAPY, more than a documentary, a docu-therapy.
The mental health topic is often shrouded in taboo and stigma. Yet, it is essential to recognize and share about mind health issues to start dealing with them.
GROUP THERAPY is a 90-minute-long documentary available on Prime Video, co-produced by AXA and Hartbeat, to remind everyone the importance of sharing and talking about mind health.

Sharing is therapeutic

Stand-up comedians are well known for spilling their hearts, intimate stories and struggles in front of an audience. Group Therapy is a unique initiative, starring a group of six world-class stand-up comedians whose voices this time encourage others to share more, with a simple life-saving message: sharing is therapeutic.

Mind Health Report

Our Mind Health Index and study is a tool to assess and promote Mind Health. It provides a way of gauging people’s current mental state and, for those who aren’t doing so well, identifies steps they can take that may help them improve. Further, it allows us to plot fluctuations in mind health over time.
